Had my baseline labs all taken on Halloween around 1:00 PM and then went to the Walgreens to pick up the prescription. I returned home and took my first dose at 2:00 PM. I cannot say definitively that I “felt” differently after taking the dose. Perhaps a little sleepy and tired throughout the evening? I had some friends over for dinner, cards, and scary movies. I was ready for bed at 10:00 PM but that isn’t uncommon for me. I had been up since 5:00 AM and working from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM with only the short break to get the blood tests and pick up the prescription.

I was a admittedly a bit anxious just prior and after taking my first dose. I had all sorts of questions running through my mind. Mainly I was concerned about what this new medicine was going to do to me. FDA approval was very recent. Would I have a reaction or experience a side effect? I am curious how the first day went for others?
