Nevada has legalized two major drug reforms, StopTheDrugWar.org reports. A state-regulated system of up to 66 medical marijuana dispensaries will be established with at least one in each county. In addition, infused pot product manufacturers, as well as cultivation and testing facilities, are subject to regulation. Also, possession of syringes has been decriminalized by removing them from the state drug paraphernalia list. The change allows for needle exchange programs and over-the-counter sales of syringes.
